Robitussin

I was able to try the Grape Robitussin 12 hour Cough Relief for free for the first time this week. First off the taste is awful. Its more of a fake medicine flavor I could barley taste the grape. I had a hard time swallowing it and the worst part is the taste lingers in your mouth and throat. But you don't want to drink water afterwards because it will ruin the coating on your throat that helps you not cough. But besides the taste it works fairly well. It helps to keep your cough down. At least for me I would say it didn't last 12 hours but maybe closer to 8. I was surprised that this mediation will also work for kids at the age of 4 and up which is great! Saves on buying multiple products for the house. I was given this product for free for the propose of my review.

I was very impressed by Robitussin Maximum Strength Cough+Chest Congestion DM, it has a great raspberry menthol taste that nicely coast the throat and soothes it on contact. It also helps to keep your cough down for a few hours and helps think the mucus as well! Zicam Cold Remedy Crystals

Zicam® Cold Remedy Ultra Berry Lemonade Crystals: I woke up  with a sore throat and took Zicam then went to bed early and the next day it was gone!! So happy to have Zicam to help me fight colds before the get worse! The powder dissolves quickly in your mouth and the flavor is really good at the beginning but the longer it there the worst it taste so swallow it quickly. The directions also say not to eat or drink for 15 minutes so if you don't swallow quickly then your left with a strange flavor in your mouth for 15 minutes. They come in nice little packets so that you can easily carry them on the go! I got this product free for the purpose of my honest review!

Sahale Snacks Nut Mixes

Thanks to Crowdtap and Sahale Snacks I was given 33lbs of Nuts to share with my community for Free!  We had a community wide Halloween Trunk or Treat where I handed out these awesome snacks. I had to try all the amazing different flavors for my self as well and here is my opinion of them all:

Pomegranate Vanilla Flavored Cashews Glazed Mix- This is by far my favorite nut mix by Sahale Snacks!! I love the sweet flavor of the Vanilla and the little tart bites of pomegranate complement it very nicely! It probably helps the Cashews are one of my favorite nuts I love the way the crunch in your mouth!! Could eat this mix all day long! 

Classic Fruit + Nut Trail Mix - This one was not quite what I was expecting at first but I still love it. This snack mix is defiantly more focused on the dried fruit then the nuts. So this blend is more chewy and sweet then it is crunchy. My son loves this one the most. But I was so excited to find pistachios in this mix!! I love pistachios and you don't often find them in nut mixes! 

Raspberry Crumble Cashew Mix - This was once again another good flavor combo. I would of never put raspberries with bananas together but it totally works! However I was not in love with the peanuts in this mixture, I think it could do with out them.

Honey Almonds Glazed Mix - is good but I defiantly need to be in the right mood for it. Its not quite as sweet as I expected it to be.The toasted sesame seeds give it more of a saltier taste but the cranberries help bring the sweet back! This ones good but definitely not it my top favorite.  Plus the almond skins get stuck in my teeth and drive me crazy.

Berry Macaroon Almond Mix - Sahale Snacks has a lot of winning combinations but this is not one of them for me. They say this blend is inspired by a love for macaroon cookies, and I love those cookies but I don't like this blend. I think its the tart lemon that ruins it for me. 

iBaby Monitor M6T

The iBaby Monitor M6T is easy to set up, all you do it plug it in to your phone, sync to internet and download the app. The first time I downloaded it the internet synced just fine but the video dint appear until I closed the app and restated it. Other then that I haven't had any issues with it connecting to the internet. The App is very user friendly and straight forward. The app lets you move the camera with just a swipe of your finger. You can take pictures or video of your baby, and my personal favorite is you can press a button and speak to your baby or play a song. It comes preloaded with a few songs and stories but you can also down load your own or record your own songs which is what my son prefers the most! But be sure to be pretty loud when you are recording it because it plays pretty softly. There is also a motion sensor alarm that will sound if the baby moves. I set the alarm to low to medium other wise the alarm goes off to often. You can also add multiple users and devices so that others can see the baby too. So my husband has it on his phone and can check in on him when hes away at work.

Occasionally (I would say about 35% off the time) when I open up the app the camera does not load. When this happens if I unplug the monitor and then plug it back in again, it seems to work just fine again. This is a little frustrating when the baby is trying to go to sleep and you have to sneak back in the room again with out disturbing your baby. The camera is high quality and you can see lots of detail,  it also has a low light setting that it switches to automatically. The app calls it Night Vision but if there is no light then it doesn't pick anything up so I call it low light setting. This is a little frustrating seeing as my baby goes to sleep at night in the pitch dark, so the video is useless to me at bedtime.
It does have to be plugged in to the wall to work which is a little annoying because as kids get older they tend to mess with cords and I wouldn't want it to get broken. Hopefully they can produces a wireless option at some point. The camera does view 360 degrees horizontally but its got a stopping point where you then have to swipe it all the way around the opposite direction to see the who 360. I wish It could just continuously go around in circles. However my biggest complaint is that it only does a 110° tilt vertically. It doesn't angle down enough . I had it on a dresser that was 3 inches from the crib and it couldn't see the crib. I had to move the crib about 3 feet for the monitor to see inside it. However you can buy a wall mount which might solve the issue. Its got a few flaws that I think they could improve on but overall I really like my iBaby Monitor! I was give this product free for the purpose of my review!

EQtainment - Q Wunder

Thanks to @Tryazon I had the wonderful opportunity to experience and share the Q Wunder Board game, App and Tv Show, coloring book, and read along book all for free!! Q Wunder is all about a hansom little monkey named Q who teaches your kids important social and behavioral skills in a fun environment! It comes with cards that have questions which  are designed to promote feeling identification and communication, manners, social skills, creative thinking, balance, and coordination.The illustrations in the tv show, board game and coloring books are super cute and well done! Overall I think its a great tool to help kids learn social skills! The App even has a Quiz to learn more your child’s emotional and social strengths and areas to work on. My son LOVES monkeys, so he was instantly hooked and excited to play! He takes the Q stuff monkey to bed every night! The biggest issue I had was the fact that the Board game box was so hard to take the lid off. It literally took me 5 very frustrating minutes to open the box. #qwunder

Tampax Pocket Pearl

I have always been a fan of Tampax. There tampons keep me protected with out any leaks thanks to their built in backup braid, they are very comfortable and easy to use due to the smooth applicator, and anti-slip grip. Tampax Pocket Pearls work just as well as there original tampon! They are the same size tampons they just made it with a collapsible applicator so that its packaged smaller which make it easy and discrete to carry around in your pocket. One of my favorite features is the perforated tap to make tearing open the package too easy and quiet! The only problem I had with them is that the string kept slowly unraveling. Silk® Dairy-Free Yogurt

I was given the opportunity to try Silk Dairy free Yogurt for free for the propose of my honest review. It is cholesterol-free, dairy free, contains 6g of plant-based protein and is vegetarian. But if those points are not important to you then I wouldn't waist your time trying it. Honestly the blueberry one I had was pretty gross. It tasted like a hint of blueberry with a strong odd plastic taste. So I tried the rest in a smoothie and it was easier to eat that way. I will defiantly not be getting this product again. 

Silk Nutchello!

Thanks to Crowtap I was able to try the new Silk Nutchello for Free! It comes in 3 flavors Chocolate & walnuts, Caramel almonds & cashews, and Toasted coconut  cashews. I am a huge chocolate milk fan so I had to go with Chocolate & walnuts. When I took my first sip I first tasted a strong walnut flavor mixed with just a little chocolate, then it ended with the odd silk after flavor, that almost all silk drinks have. Not sure how to describe it but if you have had silk you probably are familiar with it and if it doesn't bother you then this drink is probably a good choice for you. Its got a nice texture, thinner then 2% milk but still has a little bit of a creamy feel to it. Its a nice healthy alternative to a desert drink and is a decent price for the amount and the quality that you pay for. 

Daisy Squeeze Sour Cream

I have always preferred Daisy Sour cream over others, so the taste, texture and freshness was just as good in the squeeze bottle as it is in the regular tub.  The only difference is in the tub it separates sometimes and you have to stir in the extra water before you use it, but that's not an issue with the squeeze bottle at all.  It always comes our the same texture.  The squeeze package is thick and strong so there is no worry of it breaking. It also has a very easy to use cap that works great. When you first use the squeeze package the sour cream comes our nice and slow, however the one flaw is when you get near the end it squirts out so quickly its hard to control how much come out.

Garnier Fructis Grow Strong

I received the Garnier Fructis Grow Strong Shampoo & Conditioner for free this month for the propose of my review and let me tell you it works great. Like most Garnier products it smells amazing and your hair continues to smell great the whole day. The shampoo and conditioner lathers up nicely in your hair and after rinsing it out feels so soft and tangle free making it very easy to brush your hair when your out of the shower! After one use my hair felt silky and soft although it didn't really seem to make my hair and stronger.

Johnsonville Grillers

First off you need to keep in mind that theses are not hamburgers (even if they look like one), they are pork patty's and have more of a sausage texture and taste to them. I think that through me for a loop the first bite. The patty was a perfect thickness and I was surprise that it wasn't very greasy. It tasted good, it was a sausage flavor with a hint of onion. I added a little season salt to mine to add a little more flavor, and topped it off with some bacon and stone ground mustard! I really liked that these didn't take any prep time, you can just throw them on the grill frozen and they are done with in 15-20 mins. ARM & HAMMER Truly Radiant Toothpaste and Spinbrush

I have a love hate relation ship with electric toothbrushes. I love how well they clean your teeth but I hate how they vibrate so fast that it joggles your brain, it kinda gives me a headache. Maybe I just push down to hard but its something I am willing to tolerate for 2 minutes to have perfectly clean teeth. I was able to try the Arm & Hammer Truly radiant spinbrush for free for the purpose of my honest review. Overall I really liked the sprinbrush. The bristles were soft and didn't hurt my teeth but strong enough to remove plaque. The head is a relatively good size, its a little large for my mouth but I have a small mouth compared to a most people. I really like that the top portion of the brush spins and the second portion moves up and down. The two motions together really help clean my teeth, they felt so smooth, and refreshed after brushing. I love that the bottom of the brush is flat so that it can stand up on its own. I hate having to lay toothbrushes down on the counter it just never seems sanitary. The brush comes with two AA batteries that can be easily replaced when needed. Also the brush head can be easily removed for cleaning purpose and for replacing.  The handle fits nice and comfortably in your hand and the button to turn it on and off is an easy up and down switch. Its a great toothbrush and one I will now be using for a long time!

 I was also able to try the Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant toothpaste for free for the purpose of my honest review. I really enjoyed using the toothpaste. First thing I always look for in a toothpaste is a good minty taste. This toothpaste hit it on the head! Perfect minty flavor that is not too strong or fake tasting and didn't taste anything like baking soda. It left my mouth feeling refreshed and clean for at least two hours after using it. I felt like it was a nice natural clean feeling, not full of chemicals. I really like the Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant toothpaste, it will defiantly be replacing my current brand.

Stride Rite SRT

We were blessed with the opportunity to try a free pair of stride rite shoes for the propose of  a review. The first step was using there sizing guide. I was able to get his shoe length easy enough, but measuring the width was a little tricky. The directions on the paper were not very clear so I ended up going to there website and watching there sizing guide video tutorial a few times. I am such a visual learner so i was so glad they had the video! Once I got his size it was shopping time. Stride Rite has so many cute shoes its hard to pick just one. We got the Stride Rite SRT Daniel Sneaker. Ordering online was very easy and straight forward. After I ordered I got a confirmation email and once my package shipped I got a tracking number.  My package arrive just on time in 4 days. I was very impressed with the quick shipping process.

I opened my the box of shoes and was very impressed with the quality of the shoe. The stitching was well done, the fabric was strong, and the sole of the shoe was soft enough to bend a little but still thick enough to protect and have good traction. I put them on my son right away and they fit perfect! The velcro straps make it fast and easy to put on my sons wiggling feet. I also notice that my son was actually much more stable and tripped a lot less with theses shoes then his old pair. Because the shoes feature memory foam for extra comfort and sensory pods so your little one can feel the ground as if they were barefoot. They also have strappy closures which helped to stop my son from pull them off. These are great kid shoes. Its just a bummer they grow out of them so fast. I also wish that they were a little more affordable, $40 for a toddler shoe that will be out grown in a few months is a little steep. 

Russell Stover Sugar Free Bites

Pregnant me is always craving Chocolate! And Chocolate Orange flavored candy is one of my favorite flavor combos and these little bites do not disappoint.  They are so delicious and are great for my sweet tooth. Its smooth and melty dark chocolate covering a gummy orange center. I was a little worried that  because they are "sugar free" they would taste funny, but nope they taste amazing and are only 120 calories! L'Oreal Pairs Extraordinary Oil

I really enjoy L'Oreal Pairs Advanced Haircare - Extraordinary Oil Shampoo and Conditioner. Its actually my first time using any of there products and I was very impressed. This Shampoo has really helped my dry hair. It lathers up nicely and has a great smell to it as well. It is a little liquidy so be careful when squirting it onto your hand so you don't lose it all down the drain like i did my first time.  After using it my hair is softer and more nourished. I can tell because I have less fly aways and my hair is soft and shinny. My one complaint about it is the size/shape of the bottles they come in. They are very wide at the top and its hard for my small hands to hold and squeeze the bottle. L'Oreal Paris Extraordinary Oil Serum Treatment did wonders for my hair as well. My hair is normally so dry and it creates a lot of frizz. But after adding this treatment and leaving it in my hair it helped to calm down the fuzz in my hair and add moisture to it which made it really soft. It also has a nice smell to it which is a added bonus! I also love that it comes in a little pump bottle so its easy to use! I received this product for free foe the purpose of my review!

Advil Film Coated

Thanks to Crowtap and Advil I was able to try Advil Film Coated tablets for free for the purpose of my review. I took them for a headache, which I often get, and after about 45 mins to an hour the pain was gone and could finally live my life again. I don't know how I would get through my day and accomplish all the many tasks without Advil!

Rubbermaid® FreshWorks™ Produce Saver

I have the medium size Rubbermaid Fresh works Produce Saver container and I really enjoy it. Its a good size for strawberries and herbs. If your going to be storing lettuce i would go with a larger size.  Its easy to use and clean. Its got a crisper on the bottom and a special air filter on the lid to help keep your produce fresher longer. TIDE PODS

Tide is a great high quality laundry detergent brand and there pods work just as well as there normal detergent. Cleans cloths and does a great job at keeping them looking radiant as long as possible. The Pods are mainly a convenience thing so that you don't have to measure out your soap. You just toss them in the water before you put your cloths in. One pod for a small load and two pods for a large load. I think they are a little on the pricey side just for the option of saving 5 seconds in measuring. So I think I will stick with normal liquid tide detergent for normal day use. Garnier Whole Blends Shampoo & Conditioner!

I received the Garnier Whole Blends Shampoo & Conditioner for free this month for the propose of my review and let me tell you it works wonders! It uses royal jelly, honey, and propolis extracts, that help strengthens hair and prevent split ends and breakage which my hair desperately is in need of. Like most Garnier products it smells amazing and your hair continues to smell great the whole day. The whole blends collection is a little thicker then there normal. Which is great for the shampoo because you don't have to use as much. But unfortunately that means I end up using more conditioner then normal. The Shampoo lathers up nicely in your hair and after rinsing it out feels great! Secret Clinical Strength Deodorant

Secret Clinical Strength deodorant comes in a nice, whitish clear plastic container. Its nice to have a see through deodorant stick so that you know how much more you have left and when your running low  you can go pick some up before you run out! The deodorant works really well! It keeps you smelling nice and keeps the sweet down.  I didn't get any white streaks and it rubs in to the skin well. It feels soft and natural on your skin and drys quickly. One thing I found that you need to be careful about is not to use to much because it will take to long to dry. Only use 1-2 clicks. Filippo Berio Rubusto Olive Oil

Tonight I made a fancy dinner of Lemon pepper chicken with potatoes, broccoli, asparagus and onions pan fried with Filippo Berio Rubusto olive oil that i got for free for the purpose of my review. The Olive oil was great, cooked in nicely and had a strong olive oil taste. My favorite feature was the no spill cap. It made poring out the oil very easy to control and I never spilt a drip or had any of it run down the bottle. This is a great high quality olive oil! 

#AlmaBaby Paci Holder

These are a must have baby item! I lost so many pacifier until I invested in these pacifier clips. They are easy to attach to the pacifier as well as the baby's outfit. Now your baby can spit out the pacifier whenever he wants and not lose it or have it drop on the dirty ground. They are made out of nice thick quality and cute fabric. The plastic clips are also strong and grip really well to the baby's outfit. The clips have a little locking mechanism that makes it stay tight and they don't slip off of cloths when tugged on. Reynolds Cookie Baking Sheets

Love this product! it comes in pre-cut sheets so you don't have to mess with trying to cut the paper to the right size. It was about a quarter inch wider then my baking pan but still fit really well. I love using theses for baking cookies because you can grab both ends and lift all the cookies off the pan and onto the cooling rack at once! But most of all I love that it keeps my pans clean so I don't need to scrub them afterwards and my pans stay looking nicer longer. I received this product for free for the purpose of my honest review.

LISTERINE HEALTHY WHITE VIBRANT

LISTERINE HEALTHY WHITE™ VIBRANT Anticavity Mouthrinse did a great job at whiting my teeth. In just a week I saw a noticeable difference. It has a minty taste that's more on the mild side. However i wasn't a fan that after switching it around for a minute it gets really foamy and makes me want to gag. So its hard to keep it in for the full minute. It also states not to rinse or drink for 30 minutes after you use it but I always have to rinse my mouth just a little to get all the foam out, otherwise it leaves a weird coating in my mouth.  I also do wonder if its a little too strong because after using it my teeth did feel more sensitive to the cold. OB Pro Comfort

I used OB pro comfort for the first time this past month that I got free for the purpose of my review. It took quite a few times to get use to putting them in with out an applicator.  But once you get use to it its no big deal. All thou i think i still prefer a applicator to non applicators. The tampons themselves work just fine.  No leaks, kept me dry and lasted a long time. I did really like how small they were. They could easily fit in my pocket and also like the carrying case it came with for my purse.

XYZlicone Infinity Silicone Wedding Ring for Men

This year for Valentines Day I got my hubby a new wedding ring. Hes in the Army and has a very active lifestyle. He's constantly at the gym or working with equipment that doesn't allow, or make it unsafe, for him to wear his metal wedding ring. Hes also not allowed to wear anything shiny or reflective when he deployed. So I got  him a the XYZlicone Infinity 8mm Black Silicone Wedding Ring and he loves it! He said its super comfortable to wear, its so light weight he hardly can tell its there half the time. He no longer has to worry about scratchy or catching his ring on anything. I was a little worried about sizing at first because they only offer whole sizes and hes a 8.5. So i went with a 9 and it fit perfectly. I also love that this box set comes with two rings. However the second one is one size bigger so its a little big for my husband. But I guess it does help with sizing issues for those who are unsure of what size to get. Reynolds Slow Cooker Liners

Thanks to Crowtap for the experience to try Reynolds Slow Cooker Liners for free! Theses are great for any crock pot cooker! Cooking in a crock pot has always been the easy way to wip up a meal with little to no effort. The only down fall was the cleaning of said crock pot. However with this product the cleaning aspect of the crock pot is over!  Its to easy you just line your crock pot with the plastic liner and then throw in all your ingredients and cook like normal. It doesn't change the flavor of your food at all. It makes the clean up way to easy. Just pulled out the liner and throw it in the trash. Then I did a quick rinse of the crock pot. No scrubbing and no mess. It was great!

Sahale Snacks

I was given the opportunity to try the new Sahale Nuts snack line! In my CrowdTap box I received the Salted Caramel Apple Pecan bar, Almond Vanilla Latte bar, Pomegranate Vanilla Flavored Cashews Glazed Mix and Honey Almonds Glazed Mix. Each were an amazing exciting new flavor combination adventure to try. I love that Sahale embraces exciting new flavor combos that I haven't seen done anywhere else. My all time favorite of the four was the Pomegranate Vanilla Flavored Cashews Glazed Mix. It was amazing, sweet and nutty all at the same time. I wanted more the minute it was all gone. The bars were great tasting and had the perfect crunchy and chew texture to them. I diffidently would recommend these to anyone looking for an extraordinary new flavor combo to love!

Garnier Skin Active Party!

Thanks to CrowTap I was able to hold a fun girls night where we all got to try and take home a full sized sample of  Garnier Skin Active line! We talked about our goals for the new years and how we can make this year count.

Garnier Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Daily Moisturizer SPF15: is a great face moisturizer. It comes in a very convenient pump bottle that lets you pump out just the right amount that you need for your face. It rubs in very easy and is not greasy. Its got a nice subtle clean smell to it and does a good job at keeping your face moisturized all day. I love that it also has SPF15 in it so that it helps protect against harmful UV rays, which in turn keeps my skin looking younger and smoother.

Review Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water: did a great job at removing all my makeup and cleaning my skin. You just poor some on a cotton pad and wipe down your face, and your makeup comes off very easy, no harsh rubbing and you don't need to rinse your face after wards. I love that its just one easy step. It doesn't really have a smell at all and its free of chemicals so its very easy on the face it doesn't burn or sting at all. They also have a waterproof version, to take off waterproof mascara that i didn't like as much because its a little oily so it leaves your face felling slightly oily.
