Stride Rite

My little guy has been walking for a couple months now and its been a constant battle to find the right shoes for him. We were blessed with the opportunity to try a free pair of stride rite shoes for the propose of  a review. The first step was using there sizing guide. I was able to get his shoe length easy enough, but measuring the weith was a little tricky. The directions on the paper were not very clear so I ended up going to there website and watching there sizing guide video tutorial a few times. I am such a visual learner so i was so glad they had the video! Once I got his size it was shopping time. Stride Rite has so many cute shoes its hard to pick just one. Ordering online was very easy and straight forward. After I ordered I got a confirmation email and once my package shipped I got a tracking number. However my tracking number was wrong and didn't work. But my package arrive just on time in 4 days, and had to be signed for. I was very impressed with the quick shipping process.

I opened my the box of shoes and was very impressed with the quality of the shoe. The stitching was well done, the fabric was strong, and the sole of the shoe was soft enough to bend but still thick enough to protect and have good traction. I put them on my son right away and they fit perfect! The velcro straps make it fast and easy to put on my sons wiggling feet. I also notice that my son was actually much more stable and tripped a lot less with theses shoes then his old pair. I looked it up and its because there shoes are made with reinforces toes, rounded edges and lightweight soles which help increase stability!  I never understood the hype about stride rite shoes until now. These are great kid shoes. Its just a bummer they grow out of them so fast. I also wish that they were a little more affordable, $40 for a toddler shoe that will be out grown in a few months is a little steep. 

AVEENO POSITIVELY RADIANT

This daily moisturizer has a pleasant smell to it with just a hint of sunscreen smell as well. The texture is very pleasing, its not too oily and rubs in very well. It keeps your skin feeling soft and moisturized for hours. It also has spf 30 to protect your skin from the harmful uv rays. Thanks to Crowdtap I was able to sample this product for free for the purpose of my review.

Wellness VoxBox

I love being am Influenster! I was mailed the Wellness VoxBox completely free. It was full of wonderful products to help strengthen and clean the body! Here are the reviews for each of the products:

Colgate Enamel Health: First off it tasted great! It has a very sweet minty taste and because it has no alcohol it does not burn your mouth as you rinse, so its easy to keep it in your mouth for the full minute. The taste last for a good hour after you use it and I would say your breath stays fresh for about 4 hours. I think Colgate Enamel Health does a good job of strengthening your teeth and freshening your breath!

Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer: This products works well but is not for me. The lotion does an average job at keeping your skin smooth and moisturized through out the day. However I personally am not a fan of the wet skin applying process. The directions specify to use directly after your shower before you dry off and then you can pat dry with a towel. I personally don't like pat drying and would prefer a lotion that i use after I dry off.  I also don't like the texture of the lotion when mixed with the water it feels too watery and soap like then an actual lotion.

Attitude 2 in 1 Shampoo and Body Wash: I was excited about this product because its all nature ingredients and its a 2 in 1 which always helps to free up space in the shower. However I was not very impressed with this product, it defiantly seems more like a store brand then a name brand product. First off the smell is very faint, its pleasant but I wish it was stronger. The soap didn't sud and lather up and much as I would like, a huge contributing factor to that is probably because its so watery. I pore it out of the bottle and it almost just spills all over the ground it doesn't seem to stick together like soap does, its almost feels like it glides right of your body. It seems to clean off, dirt and oils just fine from your body and hair. However it leaves my hair feeling dry and undernourished. Its not an amazing product but it works alright, I would use it for body wash but not as a shampoo.

Olay Active Botanical Refreshing Gel Cleanser: Has a very subtle fresh smell to it which I think is best for any facial cleansing product. The gel creates such a pleasing texture the just glides on your face and feels so soft and pleasant, I just loved the feeling. However after about 20 seconds of rubbing it in my face starts to tingle just ever so slightly. Not sure if that's how its suppose to feel or if its my skin reacting to the product. But regardless I still really like how well it cleans my face. However I am still a little confused on why they are so proud that its made with snow mushroom but never mentioned why they are important. I did some research and I am still not sure why snow mushrooms are important other then they are an old Chinese tradition.

Buttery Goodness

I was a little skeptical about this European style butter at first. How could it be better then regular butter. Well I looked into it and its made with a  fresh sweet cream that is churned  different to create a higher fat continence. So I broke it down into a side by side taste test.  Two pieces of toast with the two different butters so i could really see if you can taste the difference. Wow I was surprised at how much of a difference I tasted. Its so much richer, creamier and tastier then your average butter. Its great for baking sweets or pastries, making gravy's, spicing up vegetables or just spreading on toast! I am very impressed with the quality of this butter and will defiantly be using it again.

Chobani Greek Yogurt

My family and I have always been a fan of Chobani Greek Yogurt. Its so rich, creamy and and has a ton less sugar then the other leading brands. I love how Chobani is always coming out with new flavors to try. Thanks to the free coupons we got we finally got a change to try the Chobani Flip! We tried the Key Lime Crumble! It was like eating pie! I love to add granola to my yogurt but this was even better then that. I was very impressed with the flips and will need to try more. The only down fall is the flip part to poor in the crumbles was a little tricky and I did end up spilling some. Maybe I just need more practice in the art of Chobani flipping!

Folgers Flavor Coffee Enhancers

This week I got the chance to try all four flavors of Folgers Flavor Coffee Enhancers. They come in hazelnut, vanilla, caramel and mocha! I really like all the flavors except for Mocha but that's not a surprise because its a flavor I normally don't like. Theses flavor enhancers definitely help to spice up your average drink. I am not a coffee fan so I actually ended up using these in hot chocolate and apple cider and they worked great, However a word of caution. These are very potent flavors so you only need to use a small squeeze of it. If you put too much in your drink its awful. So be careful to not over flavor your beverage of choice.

Cottonelle flushable cleaning cloths

Cottonelle flushable cleaning cloths are great. They are handy to have by the toilet to help you get 100 percent clean. They are a good size that fits well in your hand and cleans a lartge area. I think that they are a little too wet and you have to air out before you put your pants on.  But its a miner flaw. The wipes are also great keeping in your purse and cleaning up messes or wiping down your hands as well.
